It is our aim to deliver our clients the highest quality tattoo equipment and assorted components. For your protection, and the protection of your clients, we ensure the double packaging of all goods. We guarantee that our products are genuine, permanent and hermetically sealed.
If, however, the product does not meet your expectations, we guarantee either a replacement or a full refund. This applies to all of the products that we offer. For the comfort of both sides we ask you to comply with a few practical rules which will improve the communication of potential refunds and returns:
Our clients have the right to return any products within 14 days of purchase, without any reasons. Please contact us should you require a refund, as we will need to talk you through our procedures. If you are returning goods to us, it is essential that the products are sent in their original, hermetically sealed packaging. Boxes may be opened, but the foil must not be ripped or opened in any way to ensure the hygienic conditions of the product are secured. Please ensure that dispatched items are addressed correctly. The cost of the returned item(s) will be refunded within 14 days of receipt. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the goods being received. The client will pay for the cost of postage. Postage costs will only be refundable in the case of a defective product, although the returns process is the same as above.
